Pure server-perf mod. Skips expensive AI tasks (pathfinding, target-selection) for mobs that are far from any player. Spawned mobs stay where they are but don't tick their full brain until a player approaches. Saves 5-15% server CPU on heavily-populated worlds. No gameplay change.
