Fast WorkbenchCache recipe lookups — vanilla workbench is dramatically faster on heavy packs

Server-side perf. In packs with 500+ mods, every workbench-open re-scans all recipes (10k+). Vanilla does this from scratch each click; Fast Workbench caches the lookup table. Result: instant menu open instead of 200-400 ms freeze.
