Apotheosis companion. Gateway items open temporary boss-arena portals — survive multiple waves of scaled mobs to claim mythic affixed gear, gems, salvager-essence. Tiered (Wooden → Diamond → Apotheosis-tier) for difficulty and reward quality. The endgame loot loop in many Apothic playthroughs.

- Find Gateway Keys from dungeon loot
- Place key + interact → wave-based arena opens
- Survive all waves for top-tier mythic affixed gear
- Diamond Gateway = mid-game; Apotheosis tier = endgame
