Companion to Mekanism. Wraps Mekanism's alloy progression into tool + armor sets. Osmium tools (a small upgrade over iron), then Bronze, Lapis, Steel, Refined Glowstone, and finally Refined Obsidian — the latter rivalling netherite. Same recipe shape as vanilla iron tools, just with the alloy ingot tier.
