MIFAMod Info For All — adds mod-name to every item's tooltip
About
Adds a small mod-name tag to every item / block tooltip ("from Mekanism", "from Create"). Removes ambiguity when 5 mods all add a "copper ingot" or similar. JEI shows this too — MIFA adds it to the world-side hover tooltip.
